1st DDU will remove all graphics drivers and enable a fresh installation, eliminating any conflicts or inefficiencies. This approach has a strong chance to resolve the problem immediately. 2nd, ensure gaming is enabled in Windows settings by switching it to the on position. This helps even when not playing games, as it limits background applications that drain CPU resources. 3rd, review your startup items and disable any that launch at boot unless necessary. My system currently has only two startup entries. 4th, read this carefully—near full utilization on a single core in many games is actually typical. Additional Note. HWinfo is a free tool that displays detailed CPU performance, showing each core’s speed, temperature, and usage statistics.

Click the CPU graph, select "Change graph to" Logical processors. Verify once more that each core is at 100%, though it’s probable only one core is active.
