I recently replaced my processor with a Ryzen 9 5900x on an ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F gaming motherboard. Prior to the upgrade, the RGB indicators on the front panel of my case were inconsistent; only one side would illuminate during any boot. This issue persisted for months, appearing to activate only when needed. After installing the new CPU, I updated the BIOS beforehand. So far, it appears the BIOS update resolved the problem and made the lights function correctly. I’m sharing this if anyone else encounters similar challenges with RGB panels. Sometimes a BIOS update is necessary!
