Recently I've been enjoying a lot of RPGs and RPGs that seem to need a lot of paperwork. I've been using DAI with a pen and a notebook because the game doesn't allow writing on the map. My question is, is there a better way to keep track of PC RPG character information? Something more modern than just pen and paper or a word document? Since I switch between different RPGs often, I'm looking for options that aren't tied to any specific game. So far, my only searches for character trackers have turned up results for pen and paper.

Perfect for Pathfinder, but not so much for Dragon Age, Witcher, or Mass Effect.
