I'll share that most mid to upper grade LG monitors tend to perform well. I don't have a specific 27-inch suggestion right now, but checking professional reviews on rtings.com can be a solid starting point.

Can't increase beyond 144hz since I'm very near the monitor and can't see anything higher.
