You might want to check Alienware for a fix, or proceed directly with the solution.

weird... my setup is a 240hz monitor with a 32-inch Samsung G7 Odyssey, running DP 1.4 cable at 1440p. it’s fully capable. likely he meant HDMI 2.1. you need to adjust the Hz in both NVIDIA and Windows display settings, or AMD settings if applicable. also ensure Freesync/GSYNC is enabled. if not, set the monitor to 240hz. if you have Game Mode on, turn it off and set a static Hz. if Freesync/GSYNC isn’t available, your monitor should be set to 240hz.

I talked to them and they suggested a replacement, so I’ll send it back to Amazon. It’s a shame it wasn’t worth the advertised price.

Unfortunately, I've checked all the options on both screens and even reduced the resolution to 1080p, but the issue persists. I'll have to give it up and search for a different monitor.

It's possible this could occur. With Black Friday near, you might discover a more attractive offer.

True true, might wait. I did see on the Dell website itself they have a deal on the same monitor but for brand new. I spoke to them and ask their return policy if it has the same issue and they said 14days so i could possibly chance that... maybe :S
