Simply remove the mesh liner. The exhaust doesn't require a filter. You aim to stop dust from entering, not escaping.

Well, as I mentioned earlier, my top fans were built for intake rather than exhaust. I installed a tower cooler with three front intake fans and the upper ones intended for intake, plus one fast exhaust fan at the back. My overall temperatures have noticeably improved. Running a Ryzen 5 5600X overclocked, I averaged around 35°C idle, whereas with the fans handling exhaust, my temps stayed above 45°C. The airflow is clearly noticeable from the difference in sound. In short, the noise has almost disappeared—largely depending on the case design.
