Hi,
I haven't experienced this problem before, but my monitor has stopped working and I can't restart it without resetting my PC. When this occurs, my drivers uninstall and display an error. It seems like a software that strips all drivers is being used to reinstall them manually. Could anyone help identify the possible cause?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! I need the details of your build in this order: CPU, CPU cooler, motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, GPU, PSU, chassis, OS, monitor. Also, please mention the age of the PSU along with its make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard is required at this time. You may also have a corrupted OS if you need to reset your PC. Where did you obtain the installer for your operating system?

psu is out of warranty is a major warning sign.
use a different hdmi cable for your connection.
verify your power settings are set to performance mode, not low power.
ensure your system is fully updated with Windows 10 or 11, including all optional drivers.
the update IDs are kb5028244 for Windows 10 and kb5028245 for Windows 11. Some AMD GPUs may encounter problems without these updates.

Hi,
I'm attempting to proceed but Windows 10 isn't current since support has ended. Upgrading to Windows 11 isn't possible as the system indicates hardware incompatibility.

Works with Windows 11 Update, all Windows 10 versions including extra packs. Ensure BIOS is current. fptm must be enabled and saved. Intel Platform Trust Technology needs activation.

The system reported that secure boot wasn't supported, even after we reviewed the BIOS and adjusted the settings. This might explain why it won't update to version 11.

Check Current Status
Press Win + R, type msinfo32, and confirm "BIOS Mode" is UEFI and "Secure Boot State" is Unsupported.

Enter BIOS/UEFI
Restart your PC and use the key (DEL, F2, F10, etc.) to access setup.

Find Secure Boot Settings
Go to Security, Boot, or Authentication menus.

Disable CSM
Locate the CSM setting and turn it off.

Enable Secure Boot
Select the Secure Boot option and enable it. Adjust Secure Boot Preset if needed (Standard) or install default keys first (Custom > Standard).

Verify GPT/UEFI
Set Boot Device Control/Storage Boot Option to UEFI (not Legacy).

Save & Exit
Press F10 (or your chosen key) to save changes and exit.
