I increased my 40 sceptre 4k tv's overclock to 62 hz using a tutorial from a youtube video that explained the process via the invidia control panel. It functioned properly yesterday at 2160*1440 at 62hz, but when I tried to turn the PC back on today, nothing appeared. What should I do?

You might need to reinstall your operating system. I would attempt to start in safemode and try uninstalling the app or adjusting the control panel to prevent settings from saving at boot. If you cannot enter safemode, use another computer to create a Ubuntu installation disk and install directly from it. You can safely back up your files through the OS if needed.
