I discovered this tool and I’m impressed, but I’m unsure how to turn it into an app or add it to your taskbar. The only method so far is opening the file in the designated folder. http://openhardwaremonitor.org/

Seems identical to HWMonitor, a tool you can run as an application. You can download it from the link provided.

Execute it and while it's active, right-click the icon and choose "Pin to taskbar." The issues I have are that the software doesn't retain UI settings, and it consistently launches on the primary screen when set to launch in the secondary monitor.
