You're experiencing a "no signal" issue after waking up from sleep or suspend. The keyboard and mouse work, audio returns, but the screen remains off. This is happening on your Windows 10 64-bit system with ASRock X470 Taichi graphics, running the High Performance Power Plan, and the screen is set to turn off after 15 minutes of inactivity.

I'm experiencing the same problem with Windows 10, possibly due to a recent update. My suggestion is to avoid letting the system sleep or turn off the screen. I've searched this issue numerous times, but no solution appears to be available right now.
