Monitor displays alarmingly high readings on specific sensors.
I checked HWinfo64 but it missed most of the board sensors, only showing a few with much more accurate temps. After further investigation, it seems HWmonitor isn’t reliable. I own an Asus Strix B550-A motherboard. Today I reviewed the sensors and everything appears normal except for a handful that are showing odd readings. TMPIN8 stays consistently at 66°C, all min/max values match and don’t shift. AUXTIN0 and AUXTIN3 both lock at 92°C, same as before, with no changes. AUXTIN2 is stuck at 66°C for some reason. Occasionally one of the 92°C sensors might jump up to 1°C briefly before returning. The other 12 sensors work as expected, usually between 25-30°C, with a couple near 40°C. All readings are taken during idle mode. Should I worry? My PC functions perfectly, but these board temps seem suspicious.
