You're considering moving to Linux entirely. It's great you enjoy gaming on your Bazzite! Your Samsung Odyssey G7 is showing a lower resolution than expected—60 instead of 1440p at 240Hz. This could be due to display settings, power-saving features, or a limitation in your current setup. Check if you're using the correct resolution in your neofetch settings and see if adjusting it resolves the issue. If not, you might need to tweak power management or update your display drivers.

Have you reviewed system settings under Display & Monitor to adjust the refresh rate?

I don't have access to your system details, so I can't determine the GPU driver package you're using. Please check your device settings or system information for this information.

It seems Wayland sometimes struggles with high refresh rates. X11 faces its own challenges, such as lacking support for adaptive sync across multiple monitors, making a switch not always ideal. This issue stands out as a major hurdle for modern gaming on desktop Linux, surpassing even anti-cheat problems. I’m hoping adjusting a few settings will help. If not, you’ll need to be prepared for more complexity.

I attempted that, so I can adjust the 1080p display. However, I can't access the 1440p one. After it entered hibernation, my lan card stopped connecting. I'm going to try reinstalling to see if it resolves the issue. Thanks for your help.
