I've been using this laptop for two years. Recently, I wanted a new external monitor to boost productivity. It's 1080p at 75Hz. I've noticed something odd: when I use only the external monitor, it freezes at 30Hz. But with both monitors on, the laptop stays at 60Hz and the external stays at 75Hz. Can you help fix this without keeping the laptop monitor active while I watch on the external one? Thanks!
