Your TV has a fast 5ms response time, while your Dell monitor offers a slightly slower 16ms. For gaming, especially fast-paced titles like CS:GO, the lower response time is more important to reduce motion blur and improve reaction speed. So, you might want to prioritize the Dell monitor for better performance in gaming.

The display remains effective despite its slower reaction time.

It's more fun playing CSGO with a controller or while sitting at a desk, though watching it on TV is okay.

Consider your workflow and comfort before deciding. A dual monitor can boost productivity, but a single monitor may suffice if you prefer simplicity.

Absolutely, use the TV as a secondary screen for other tasks while you play.

If TV displays images one pixel at a time, the same applies to monitors too. However, many TVs don’t work that way.
