Most of my modifications don't function with the special edition, particularly skyUI due to missing SKSE support. I added my own mods, but they didn't fit onto the display when using a 4K portrait mode.

They definitely use SKyUI and SKSE for the special edition. Recent updates mean it's likely refreshed, so if you haven't checked lately it should be up now.

On my latest save, I selected continue and the file loaded in 19 seconds. My setup uses the "Aragorn" computer on the 840 Pro, previously ran ENB on 2560x1440, but after upgrading to a 4K display I achieved roughly 30 FPS. Turning it off now gives about 50-60 FPS at 4K.

SKSE64 Update – 03 April 2017 Skyrim Special Edition is now available, and the previous version won’t work with it. We’re developing SKSE64 for the new 64-bit edition. Thank you for your patience as we complete this. At this time, we don’t have a confirmed timeline for a beta release of SKSE64. See below for our latest video update (http://skse.silverlock.org/).
