Hello everyone, over the past year I've been mainly doing web crawling here. I'm curious about customizing the Action Center and Windows notifications. I don't want to adjust Windows settings directly—just tweak things like notification length under 5 seconds, where they show up, the box size, font size, especially for the Action Center. The design should fit a tablet, not a desktop. I need an app that can intercept other apps' notifications and replace them without creating new alerts. BurnedToast and similar tools aren't working for me. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help with this.
