do you have lower/higher performance? else 100% on cpu and GPU means no bottleneck unless you are throttling? what are you CPU speeds when its maxing out at a 100% cpu usage? a bit more information could be helpout, get some HWinfo going and reset max/min while entering a match and take a look at max/min temp,clocks etc after. well just more data in any way
