Modern Warfare 2 GPU performance varies
Anyone have a problem with low usage on mw2? Every game my usage is awful at the start of the game, it goes down to 40% and literally unplayable for about 2min then my usage goes back to 80/85% back to smoothness, the same happened to me in the beta
This is the only game i have problems with so i dont think its a problem on my end but ive tried everything i can think of and nothing has worked, anyone else get this issue? Here is a video of it happening...

in the comments shows another video of my game going to smoothness, usually takes a 1:30min - 2:00min to go to smoothness, happens most matches but i do still stutter throughout the game sometimes, i have a 2070 super. i tried to upload a bench mark on modern warfare 2 but not sure how to
Checked Task Manager, Resource Monitor, and Process Explorer to analyze performance. Examined background processes that may have started during boot or triggered by Task Scheduler.

You can see I start playing, but it's quite choppy; sometimes it goes smooth.

This video shows my task manager for my playing cod. My cod ran smoothly at the end but had issues earlier. Hope it helps.
