Modern motherboard design
I just put in a new motherboard and CPU, and everything worked fine. Problems started right after I powered on. On the BIOS screen it showed a strange pixelated image. Once I got into Windows without issues, after about five minutes I saw another blue screen. It kept showing that for around twenty minutes. Some people say you should reinstall Windows now. Do you have to do that or not? Any advice would be really helpful.
I don't think so since everything on the screen now appears flawless.
Can you play the game at all? I faced the same issue with one of the early 2080ti cards that had faulty memory chips. It worked in Windows but caused serious artifacts in games. This could be a similar problem, though I’m not sure if it applies. Just an idea, maybe it won’t help.
I managed to start up Battlefield 5, so I feel confident about it. (I have an RX560.)
I possess a Gigabyte GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 running the latest BIOS version F10.
Sure, I'll make sure to install all the drivers as soon as possible so we can get everything ready tonight.
