This information seems to discuss specific AMD Ryzen 7000 series CPU configurations. It mentions PBO enhancement levels and voltage settings, noting a standard of 95 at stock. The details also reference an AIO cooler maintaining temperatures around 95 degrees without throttling.

93C at full capacity with all cores running. If you notice stuttering, it may be due to insufficient cooling or another issue. You can check core load temperatures without the side panel off. Using tools like HWINFO64 helps monitor sensors such as clock speed. Often lag happens when cores suddenly reduce power and lower their frequency, though stutters can persist because Steam heavily loads the CPU scheduler with data, making other tasks lower priority. @Hinjima achieved 7700x.

Thanks, please review. I haven’t had a chance to test further since I noticed the problem last night before going to sleep. I’ve been using this build for two weeks, downloading and extracting the game (not through Steam), but this issue only occurred once last night.

I'm back at home with HWinfo64 installed. Yesterday I ran Prime 95 for about ten seconds and my computer stopped working—my mouse wouldn't respond. Now I tried running it for longer periods to see how the system behaved with HWINFO enabled. It reached 95 degrees but never slowed down or lagged. I'm puzzled because I can't recreate the problem I faced earlier, especially since it didn't happen during full load on my CPU yesterday. It seems like everything is fine now.

It's noteworthy, the problem you experienced has disappeared. It's unclear whether the PC should remain unresponsive during a stress test; you might want to run R23 Cinebench to check responsiveness under multi-core conditions.

I ran several prime95 tests and Cinebench this evening, and the system stayed responsive with smooth mouse movement. At full load, the CPU stayed stable, reaching a peak of 95% and never throttling. Last time I tried, things got really tough—temperature climbed above 90°C and performance dropped sharply. Since then, I haven’t made any changes.

Reduce the fan speed setting. Adjust the curve to boost all fans to higher speeds (around 90%+) at 90°C if you're okay with noise. Use Ryzen Master to check real clock speeds and temperatures for each core. Disconnect the top front fan to test if that improves performance.

The 7700x aligns with the 7700, but at stock it would reach that temperature quickly with an NH-d15. With a superior water cooler, this stays within normal limits. Unless the clocks are set too high—like pushing over 95°C at 90°C—that’s just the expected performance spec.

I’m focused on avoiding stuttering under full 100% load at 90°C. The CPU cooler might need to rotate more than 600–800 RPM.
