My setup includes a motherboard from MSI, an AM4 B550M PRO-VDH Wi-Fi Micro ATX CPU, Ryzen 5700G, 32GB DDR4 RAM, Corsair Vengeance LPX memory, and a Seasonic FOCUS GX-550. The system won't boot into BIOS, though the monitor powers on when I turn it on. The screen appears to flicker as if loading content, but then displays "no signal." All fans spin continuously. When powered on, the CPU indicator lights briefly before shutting off, and the VGA light stays on. My keyboard and mouse occasionally flash briefly before turning off. Fans remain active regardless of power state.

I've tested various fixes: updated BIOS, re-seated CPU, checked for bent pins (none found), swapped RAM sticks one by one, used a RAM kit from another working PC, inserted a GPU from a compatible system, plugged cables into the GPU instead of the motherboard, changed PSU port, removed the cooler to check temperature, and even ran without the cooler. The CPU does get warm to the touch.

I'm running out of ideas. Perhaps swapping the PSU with one from another build or replacing the CPU with a Ryzen 3600 would help. I'm hoping someone can offer advice or a solution. Maybe the motherboard is faulty or incompatible with this configuration. Thanks for any suggestions!
