I’ll mention upfront that I’m from Malaysia. That’s why these options are more accessible here. Some prices are lower in the US but not as much locally. The main question is whether I need an ARGB controller or can run the fans normally without it. Also, do I still get to adjust fan speed by connecting the cable to my motherboard? I’m asking because I was planning to buy only the Scythe Mugen 5 Rev.B RGB version. But all local suppliers ran out. Recently they switched to ARGB 120mm fans, so I’ll get the ARGB model instead. I want to know if the ARGB controller is just for lighting or if it also lets me control fan speed.
