Hello All,
The game has finally arrived yesterday.
Bought it from Battlenet.
My system runs Windows 11.
When I open the game, it opens normally to that page.
when i press the play button, nothing happens except a fraction of a second of loading asset.

Check Reliability History or Event Viewer.
One or both might have recorded an error code, warning, or informational event during the game launch failure.

found the answer, a friend advised me.
I had to add another language—Arabic in my case—which caused the game to prompt an update due to a stuck issue.
After that, the game resumed normally.
