It's a game that makes use of the available RAM, which is perfectly fine. Even Rocket League can run at high speeds on my IGPU laptop, sometimes exceeding 10 FPS. Could you explain that further? I’m still trying to grasp it.

When you close many programs, the system can free up the freed-up memory, allowing you to access more RAM. Disabling Virtual Memory prevents this recovery, causing performance issues. I didn’t grasp the ‘drops down bit’. Probably you meant ‘downclocks’—it’ll also cause stuttering if Virtual RAM is turned off because it’s slower than regular RAM. You’re right, I get what you’re saying.

It’s highly probable your boot drive functions as a cache drive unless you adjusted settings in Windows, which would determine the actual disk you’re using for caching.

Well, considering these current NVMe SSDs, they don’t lag much compared to RAM. Still, it’s worth enabling Virtual Memory on SSDs instead of HDDs.
