Hello everyone! It seems someone might have observed something unusual. When my PC enters idle mode, sometimes RAM usage spikes to around 10GB and it doesn’t drop until I restart. Usually it’s between 2.5GB and 3.5GB when nothing is running. Only the startup programs—AMD Adrenalin, AVG PC TuneUp and Windows Defender—are active. I have 32GB on a 3200MHz processor (4x8GB in two RAM kits) with x64 Windows 10. Any suggestions? Thanks!

It is FUNNY cause he is right. Well, I haven't noticed "memory leaks" when I had 16GB (2x8GB/2933MTs). I don't mind usage IF THERE is an app, game.....which "sucks" that much of a ram. I LOOOOVE free space! P.S. 32GB to be exact (something is reserved on hardware) whatever the hell that means....some 76.2MB.
32-2 equals 30 on Windows 11 when running Edge alone and no background processes. Your laptop uses about 4.4GB RAM. You’re all set.

It might be possible, though RAM usage often depends on the app or game. Usually, it doesn’t require 6GB just for basic operation. I’m not sure if Asphalt Legends needs that much memory.
