Hi, I need a workstation with at least 512GB of RAM. From my Google search, here are the options I found:
- Intel - c422 chipset, socket 2066: up to 512GB DDR4 (skylake-X CPU) or up to 1TB DDR4 (cascade Lake-X CPU). DIMM, RDIMM or LR-DIMM - c628 chipset, socket 3647: up to 4TB DDR4. ECC or RDIMM
- AMD - ? chipset, socket SP3: up to 2GB DDR4. RDIMM, LR-DIMM or 3DS LR-DIMM
