I have an LG smart TV (UQ7570PUJ) with Web OS v7.4.0-1903. I attempted to enable the reduced blue light mode by navigating through settings, picture options, and advanced picture settings. However, it remains active even after multiple attempts. The option is currently grayed out and doesn’t respond to selection. I’ve reset picture settings without restoring the mode, switched picture modes, but the issue persists. No one has reported a similar problem. I’m considering a full reset to regain normal functionality, though it would disrupt the feature I rely on. TIA

It seems you didn't make any changes, but the system resolved itself and turned off the blue light reduction. If anyone noticed anything unusual, let me know!
