Is it going to be simple or unclear because the files are locked down? Are there any links between the console and PC versions? Since there are already modifications for consoles, that’s worth checking.

nobody understands. it hasn't been released yet. unless you load the files first you can examine their structure.

They aren't just any files. There must be thousands of preloaders from Rockstar, but they're not being shared.
