I won't use gigabyte or msi, even tomahawk seems to have the best VRM. My experience says otherwise—msi utilities crash on their own, giga has weak support, so don't expect any RMA.

B450F is the most expensive option, but the updated TUF model offers better value. Do you require an AC Wi-Fi connection?

Occasionally I think Intel is better. I can usually get a decent GPU for around 150 and a good CPU for 188. For AMD, the 3600 is about 260, and most good GPUs are around 200 or higher. I really wish AMD CPUs and AM4 boards become cheaper.
