Looking at your requirements, I suggest going with a 5900X or 5950X from AMD. For the RAM, 2 Thunderbolt 3.0 ports are essential for audio interfaces and other peripherals. You'll also need 10 USB ports and NVMe PCIe 4.0 for the B550 Vision D, though it doesn't support 2 PCIe 4.0 NVMe drives. Since you're using Pro Tools, 32GB or 64GB RAM would be ideal. Consider the speed and latency of each component to ensure optimal performance.
Thunderbolt offers limited availability, possibly only a few boards with this feature, and the TB3 board support is the current version. There are 10 USB ports ready, combining USB 2.0 and 3.0, plus additional ports via the header. The system supports 2x NVMe 4.0 PCIe 4.0 in one M.2 slot and 3.0 in another. My current configuration uses one NVMe 4.0 drive, but it might be possible to add another one after a year or two.
Another 4.0 is pleasant but not essential. I thought you were aiming to raid them (which isn't a good plan). If you truly need a full 4.0, x570 is the way to go. Your situation would fit the second scenario as a temporary storage for audio files or active project folders. A Samsung 970 Pro or EVO would suffice for this purpose. For storage, allocate funds to a large HDD, ideally in RAID 1 for added reliability.
