Hello, I just mounted a Xeon 8259CL into a Tyan S5630GMRE-CGN card. Initially used six 32GB 2RX4 Hynix sticks, then repositioned it several times, checking the pins and CPU—both appeared intact. After switching to a single RAM stick, it failed to boot. The CPU_ERROR LED lit up (CAT_LED1). In IPMI, no CPU was found due to a sensor error IERR, though core voltages were visible. BIOS update applied: V7.215.B80.
