Hello everyone. I had a functional system before and removed the water cooling. After reconnecting everything, nothing worked. The power and reset lights are on but inactive. Any suggestions or assistance would be greatly appreciated. I really need it to function soon. Could be a bad motherboard?

I'll be using three 3080ti systems inside the computer. One PSU will power the main system, another will handle a single GPU, and a third will support two GPUs. The CPU cooler is a Noctua NH-U9S.
