Mobo is a great choice for your needs.
You're looking at a tight budget of about $180 for an x570 motherboard. The options you have are:
1. AsRock Phantom Gaming 4 x570
2. Gigabyte x570 UD ultra
3. MSI x570 A-PRO
Given the price limit and the lack of alternatives nearby, it seems the best choice would be the one that matches your needs most closely. Since you're likely aiming for a solid build, I'd recommend checking the specifications to ensure compatibility with your components and future upgrades. If performance matters, the MSI or Gigabyte models might offer better value within this range.
Check availability of Tuf-WiFi; if missing, skip the x570-a pro.
The issue is that the person I'm creating for already has a Ryzen 5 3500X and he wants to take advantage of that. He also needs future upgrade potential, which is why I’m focusing on an X570 board. The only other options available are the Asus Prime P/CSM boards.
B550 boards are compatible with Zen 3 and Zen 4, but Zen 4 won’t support PGA 1331, which means that won’t work either.
I see, he actually has a 2700x. The link to the site is provided here: https://www.vedantcomputers.com/index.ph...C/limit=12. This platform offers the lowest prices and the broadest selection so far, lol I could look for other sites that don’t charge high fees.
I really can pick between the AsRock Phantom Gaming 4 x570 and the Gigabyte x570 UD ultra. Are they both fine options? Also, as mentioned earlier, those boards seem to be mediocre.
