Your B450M S2H R5 1600AF can support the G.Skill Aegis DDR4 16GB with 2x8GB modules at 3000MHz, but ensure it meets the voltage (1.35V) and CL16 requirements.

This memory should function in the system. Adjust to 2933mhz if needed.

The RAM should function properly. However, your query seems unclear. You need to ensure you're using standard DDR4, not DDR4 registered or buffered. Some motherboards support ECC on certain AMD Ryzen models, but a few might not. If they do, a small number may disregard ECC features. You can also opt for higher speed DDR4, as the listed frequency is the maximum it can handle. Sticks will perform adequately at lower speeds (for example, a 3600 MHz stick operates at 3200, 3000, 2933, 2866, 2666, 2400, 2133 MHz).

It should function, though validation of RAM on the QVL for your motherboard might be needed to reach its full speed. Most cases should still operate properly.
