I3 generally performs well across most titles and offers better value overall. Claims that FX is superior may be misguided or influenced by bias.

When you seek guidance but ignore the advice given—especially when they present data or benchmarks—our options are limited. The team here has expertise and stays informed.

It's number 970. Many users are experiencing problems with it. Could be a memory leak issue. No updates available at the moment.

I’m just dropping this here and I’m running 1080p with 4xmsaa at 90fps, yeah. AMD’s not great. This forum is full of fans who blindly follow opinions without testing themselves. Check out Jayz2C, overclockers, and bit tech sites to see what others say. I don’t question them—they seem completely uninformed about tech. There are tests showing AG3258 beats I3, I3 matches I5, and a 4790k isn’t better than an I5. Everything seems superior to AMD. So the G3258 is basically just a weak option compared to my FX8. The 4690k is decent but too expensive—its price is four times that of the G3258 for twice the performance. If you check CinBench R15, Intel hasn’t improved much since Sandy Bridge. A typical 95% overclocked Sandy Bridge hits around 95%, which is close to what OC Haswell achieves.
