You'd have around 48GB of memory, but probably not much to use it all up. Remember, empty space counts as wasted space, so staying just under the 32GB limit usually gives better performance from upgrading fans rather than adding more RAM.

With 32gb you essentially gain nothing extra during most routine tasks—just increased load on the memory controller and a higher chance of issues. I’d save the 16gb unit for emergencies. Since the 32gb model is also Vengeance, it doesn’t fit with certain configurations, so you might need to change hardware. You could also store them for another machine. The cost of selling that unit is likely around $50 or less.
