I am trying to update window 10 to the november update.There is a power cut off while updating and now it wont boot into window.Anyone know how to fix this?

The only solution is to reinstall Windows. Create a bootable USB from another computer and start your system there. When prompted, select "Repair my computer" during installation. Navigate to the command prompt and type Notepad. Choose file > save as, then connect an external HDD. Copy the necessary files for backup. Once done, restart using the USB again and proceed to install. You may remove or format the original drive after completing the backup.
