Hello! I'm experiencing issues with Windows 10 lately. Over the past few days, some icons have disappeared such as Edge, Sticky Notes, and Mail. These are window apps, but other non-Microsoft programs like Chrome, Photoshop, and others remain functional. I've already tried running SFC in the command prompt, but it hasn't resolved the problem.

Confirm if the shortcuts are missing or only the icons are gone. Check whether they remain in the Start Menu.

The icon is absent from the taskbar, yet the application remains accessible.

Have you attempted a system reset? If unsuccessful, open Task Manager, navigate to more information, or try locating Windows Explorer, choosing it, and clicking restart at the bottom right.

You've already attempted a fix and reinstalled Windows 10, but it's still not working. It seems like you're stuck and unsure about the next steps.

Another try with Windows isn't resolving the issue. Something unusual might be happening.
