I'm trying to fix a B450 mortar max motherboard. It seems the M.2 screws might be missing or I lost them. I still have the stand-off, but I need the tiny screw that fits in. I'm reaching out to friends for help and checking forums. No luck so far—someone used a sharpener screw, but I'm not sure if that's a good solution. There aren't many tech shops in Birmingham, so options are limited. Maybe some everyday items have small screws that could work? I've tried the mouse, keyboard, and PS4 controller screws; those were the smallest I found.
You could purchase one from Amazon, or simply apply some electrical tape to secure it—this method has worked well for me before.
