Missing the flash bios button feature.

Hello, I own the MSI B660M-B motherboard on a fresh system and it isn’t powering on any peripherals like the monitor, mouse, or keyboard. After spending many hours trying, I’ve only updated the BIOS. There seems to be an issue, but this motherboard doesn’t have a flash BIOS button and the manual doesn’t offer any alternative solutions for a non-functioning setup. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What processor model do you have? You'll need a previous one to install the BIOS update.

B660 came out after the complete Alder Lake series, meaning it wasn't affected by a mismatched BIOS. No processor fits the socket without requiring a BIOS upgrade to start up.

Is there anything active? Are you certain the PSU is functioning? You might want to try the paper clip test.

The external devices aren't functioning, I checked the power supply unit on my main PC and it works properly.

The support page specifies bios v12 is needed for model 12100f. Other CPUs require v10, so it might have been installed there.
