You're missing drivers for your 3900X and X470 Taichi. You've already downloaded them from the ASRock support site, but they're still missing. Consider checking official ASRock channels or forums for updates.

I examine unknown devices by checking their properties to identify the vendor and hardware IDs, then look them up to determine the exact model and possibly locate a source. As a rough estimate, you could also try installing the newest chipset driver from AMD to see if it resolves the issue. It wouldn't hurt at all.
