Its not even that.... the fan /PC isn't on and it's sitting where the user sits. He just placed a fan on his desk.

Many situations don't work out. You can purchase one yourself; numerous shops carry them. The key is... employing a fan makes sense if you do it properly. You shared a photo just for fun.

The fans are affordable—an ARCTIC P12 PWM with a 120mm fan offers excellent value if you're considering one.

I’d choose another enclosure featuring a mesh front, three fans at the front, two more on top and one more on the back. I prefer avoiding toasted silicon.
