I misplaced the small fastener screws and don’t know what to do next. Are these parts available for quick purchase, or should I consider replacing the whole Aio?

Match the threading to the screws already on your motherboard. If they’re compatible, you can find larger screws online—search for UNC 6/32 or similar threads. For example, a 5.5 length screw is available here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/174424938155 and a 10 mm one here: https://www.amazon.com/Colourful-Aluminu...B0BYWY2R75.

It's frustrating the delivery will be slow since I'm in Europe. I'm thinking about getting a new AIO instead. What do you think of the Corsair H100X 240mm Elite?
