My sister has a Crafting machine called a scan and cut device, specifically a Cm350 made by Brothers. The app for it runs on W10. She mentioned that the app isn't showing up at all. She checked the Add and Remove programs and searched in the search box on the task bar, but it didn't appear. When she tried to re-download the app, it said she already had it. Since she doesn't live nearby, I'm trying to understand what she's saying.
Click her R-click on Start and choose Run.
Enter shell:appsfolder and press enter.
Check if the app is present there.
