I posted something earlier but I'm really struggling now. I can't locate anything similar. The issue starts when I adjust overclocking parameters like memory speed or CPU voltage/clock. My computer either restarts smoothly into a black screen with the EZ debug LED on the CPU (power off fixes this), or it performs an odd reset, popping up suddenly with the power supply cut. I know the PSU isn't the cause since I've tested multiple units, including my RM750. I'll have to wait five times until it boots again. After these two failures, none of the settings are saved. I've tried overclocking apps but they just load into BIOS. Games are running poorly because my memory is stuck at 1067MHz (cl18 3200MHz 4x4GB dominator platinums) and the CPU isn't reaching its advertised speed.
I omitted that detail earlier. I confirmed the bios were refreshed to match the newest version.
