I modified a Windows system by swapping the M.2 slot for a 512 SATA drive, then installed Windows. It failed to boot into the fresh install, getting stuck on the bootloader with an error message. I manually located it and reset the BIOS, cleaned the drive, but it still wouldn’t start. For more details, check the linked video.

Start with the basics: turn off SecureBoot, especially if you're using Linux. Switch from UEFI to CSM or BIOS mode—perhaps you set it up in legacy mode for a reason. These steps might not work here, but they’re common fixes you should consider.

Tried without secure boot, but the result remains unchanged—it’s still set to UEFI and the boot mode isn’t adjustable.
