I've already considered this, but I still want to give the seller a chance—I still have time to do it.

It's probable that certain AMI tools are open source. They probably extracted a BIOS from a comparable device and altered it, or perhaps it uses default settings for the chipset. Depending on the situation, there might be a more accessible BIOS due to carelessness.

I've been looking, yet I'm uncertain about the right solution. I've saved many files, but because I don't require them all, I chose not to proceed with risky tests.

I'm not recommending altering the BIOS, but simply advise against expecting any connection to this item. They've likely chosen the most affordable possible BIOS version and applied it.

Don't worry, I understood you perfectly, I'm just commenting on my thoughts.

There are no fixed rules here. It varies depending on the manufacturers, even among models from the same company. Some motherboards come with manuals that contain parts related to the BIOS or detailed explanations of each section, and occasionally there is an additional manual for a specific BIOS version.

This situation isn’t limited to motherboards; it also applies to entire computers, as seen in brands like HP and Dell.

In any case, this isn’t the main concern—it’s not worth getting off track from the core problem, which is locating a website that supports the device, both for drivers and BIOS. That’s a crucial matter. Also, providing each product with the correct manual is something KingnovyPC doesn’t do. I’m unsure about the laws in different countries, but in mine it would be illegal.

And every time I’ve asked them about this, they have dodged the question.

Return it.
Repeat the request.
Continue sending it back.
End giving them chances to upset you.
Keep sending it back.

Did you reach out through Amazon or the official site?
It looks like this gadget won’t receive any assistance or updates. Finding the original clone yourself might be lucky. I’m skeptical the seller will share details since even the maker won’t release updates. If you want future support, bring back your device and consider this option:
Best Mini PC | GEEKOM Mini IT13 Mini PC with 13th Gen Intel i9
The top mini PC – new GEEKOM Mini IT13 is driven by an Intel 13th generation CPU. Available now! Pick the i9-13900HK 2025 edition for best performance, perfect for gaming and everyday tasks.

If I decide to try this approach, I’ll do it, but I still have enough time.
I’m confident I’m not upset—I have plenty of tasks and won’t waste my time.
Right now everything is working, and I can still follow what you suggest without getting frustrated.
Making a change would take more time than gathering the data.
If I have no other option, I’ll go ahead.
