It's actually quite efficient. On my laptop (i7 6700HQ, 960m RAM, 2gb, 16gb) it ran smoothly at 1080p low settings, maintaining at least 56 fps with only about 45% CPU usage while achieving 1080p at 70 fps.

I secured the pre-order and grabbed the initial EA Battlefront bundle plus a season pass. I'm a dedicated Star Wars Battlefront enthusiast and won't be held back. Plus, I'm not a beginner—making money isn't about luck, because even the first Battlefront BF made serious changes to the meta, and just having a skin, emote, or voice line won't guarantee victory.

Battlefront 2 "loot" likely impacts your character's abilities, and while grinding for items is possible, it's clear early on only those willing to invest will get access to the best gear. You're free to purchase anything you desire, but be cautious—this approach supports consumer habits that may not align with responsible spending.

EA plans to significantly reduce how much players can break things in the game, similar to what happened with the 2015 update. I’m one of those who understands SWBF mechanics and knows that core gameplay will stay solid even with new loot options for beginners.

The performance was stable at 4.6 GHz on my 2600k. It seems likely to work well even with a much higher overclock of 2500k.

I tested the beta on my 3570k and it handled your 1080 at 1440p without any issues. The only problem was that using DX12 caused noticeable stuttering.
