My SSD is approximately half full, and I have verified its speeds to confirm it's not the issue. Are there any known solutions or tricks you have found for this? I am using an i5-7600k processor and an RX 580 8gb graphics card with 16gb of 3200mhz RAM.
I examined the total CPU usage, reaching approximately 70% to 80% when Chrome was open. The temperature was acceptable, though I did not investigate individual cores. Are there any software programs or built-in Windows tools that can display core usage? My CPU is overclocked.
MSIAfterburner is a useful and cost-free program for this purpose.
