Hey, I'm sorry to get into all this stuff being an outsider, but I really would appreciate some help. I was running a Ryzen 5 2600 with a GTX 1650 super for the past 4 years, but since I got my PC it has always underperformed compared to the same exact components on other PCs, it's running on 32gb of ram. I recently got a 3070TI from a friend to try out for some time, and I'm realizing it's also getting huuuuge performance problems. I knew the R5 2600 and the 3070TI wasn't a great combo, but both of them are underperforming and running pretty cold, not even hitting the 60 degrees and barely in the 50s. Also usage is not high, around the 30% to 50% mark. Is this due to the bottleneck between the CPU and the GPU or is it due to something being wrong with my hardware overall? I also noticed that the GPU sometimes in ARMA 3 was just un superlow memory clocks (800mhz) and jumping back to it's limit on and off on and off, and so on. Edit: Also just remembered, my motherboard is a Gigabyte B450M DS3H Revision 1 I think. I'm not sure if it affects but I'm just a dum dum, so better leave it here so you can get a better go with my problem Edited November 20, 2024 by Brwni Extra information
